Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

Orders will be shipped within 3 business days unless delays occur. All orders will be shipped by the least expensive carrier unless otherwise requested. Shipping costs will be calculated at time of shipping and will be applied to your invoice. 

Backorders:

Backordered items will ship when made available unless cancelled. 

Returns:

All products are to be returned to our Winnipeg location. Please include your full name, address and phone number with the return along with a list of items being returned and the reason for the return.
